We were honored to have Abmar Barbosa and fiancee, Marysia Malyjasiak, join us this past weekend for training. The pair trained with us on Friday evening and Abmar taught a special 2hr seminar on the Spider Guard on Saturday morning. Both Abmar and Marysia represent Team Zenith BJJ and have impressive competitive credentials; it was an honor to have them training with us at The Cellar Gym.
