In our 10-15 year old martial arts classes, your child will gain the tools necessary to become a future leader of tomorrow. Our classes teach valuable life skills in self-confidence, problem solving, teamwork and critical thinking by practicing specialized self-defense drills in Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
Muay Thai is considered the “art of 8 limbs” because it utilizes 8 points of contact in defending & attacking your opponent on their feet. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu promotes the principle that a smaller, weaker person can successfully defend themselves against a bigger, stronger attacker on the ground by using leverage and proper technique.
