Don't miss our BJJ seminar with Mauricio Carra on Friday, December 12th!
Mauricio Carra is a highly accomplished Checkmat 4th degree black belt. Mauricio was The Cellar Gym's head BJJ professor from 2017 to 2021, before moving to Florida to open up his own academy. He is returning to the Cellar this month to share some knowledge and to see many of his old students!
The seminar will replace all regular adult BJJ classes for the evening. We look forward to seeing you all on the mats!

Winter BJJ Belt Promotions
Please join us for our year-end BJJ belt promotions on Saturday, December 13th!
Promotions will run from 10:30am until 12:00pm. All adult BJJ classes will be canceled for the day. We hope to see all of our BJJ students in attendance to support the team.
Immediately after promotions, join us for a big team luncheon at Lucky’s to celebrate!

Youth Holiday Party
Get ready to slide into your coziest holiday pajamas and join us for a night that jingles, giggles, and sparkles!
On December 13th from 6–9 PM, ages 6 and up are invited to a festive evening packed with:

🎁 A White Elephant gift exchange (please bring a wrapped gift—something fun, silly, or wonderfully unexpected!)
🍪 Seasonal treats and surprises
Cost: $30 per person

Holiday Party
Celebrate with the Cellar community at our 2nd annual holiday party on Saturday, December 20th!
Please bring a family recipe, baked goods, or a festive drink to this potluck-style gathering. Wear your best ugly sweater or comfy flannel and enjoy a cozy "Home for the Holidays" theme.
