Youth BJJ Promotions
On Saturday March 7th we will be hosting youth BJJ promotions. All students are asked to attend as this is a community event. Following promotions we will have open sparring on the mats and treats in the lounge.
Schedule:
9:30-10:00a: Normal Preschool class
10:00-10:45a: All youth and teen promotions
10:45-11:30a: Open sparring and treats
Teen Outing: Activate
For ages 10 +, Join us for a fun night out from the gym. Blast into lights, lasers, and team challenges at Activate in Roseville. The price is $35 per child.
Please arrive at the venue at 6:45 PM. No transportation will be provided from to and from the gym.
Preregister before Mar 18.
BJJ Leg Lock Workshop
Enter the ever-evolving world of BJJ leg locks, entanglements, and advanced submissions with our BJJ Leg Locks Workshop!
As today’s BJJ game continues to expand into the exciting territory of advanced leg entanglements and innovative submissions, we’re inviting our advanced BJJ students to explore new skills in this focused workshop led by the Cellar’s own Coaches Nate Maus and Tim Leung. Join us Saturday, March 21 from 12:00pm - 2:30pm!
This workshop is FREE and available for Cellar students who have already been cleared to perform or drill advanced submissions.
