Before the USA vs Poland Teams squared off, members of Team USA were brought down to the Lochow Fire Department to meet fire fighters and take pictures with the townspeople. The team was treated like celebrities as everyone wanted their picture taken with the U.S. fighters and a chance to shake hands with the American Team.

The Indoor Sports Center in Lochow where the fights were held was amazing. The ring was well lit, there were plasma screens and pyrotechnics to make the fighter entrances more spectacular, a huge sound system, and loads of sponsors and spectators.

After the fight many spectators wanted their pictures taken with the U.S. team. After the venue was cleared out, all the fighters, coaches, sponsors, and city officials (mayor of Lochow) went back to the Palac Lochow Hotel for a large banquet complete with food, drinks, and gifts for the fighters.

The following day Team USA was also asked to pose for pictures with the Ukranian team that fought the same night (however not part of the team event).
