Glory 48 Results

Last night didn’t go as planned. Nate got off to a slow start and suffered a rough first round plus one knockdown scored against him. But Nate has more heart than 10-men and came battling back in the 2nd and 3rd rounds. He was able to apply his pressure late in the fight and landed some good shots in the process, but was never able to string together enough scoring combinations. He lost the bout by unanimous decision. We want to congratulate Elvis Gashi on a great fight. He’s a fantastic fighter and was a class-act after the bout. This loss won’t derail Nate…one of the first things he said after leaving the ring was how eager he was to get back in the gym (he probably would have used the hotel fitness center when we got back if it were open). He is hoping to move down a weight class and get back in the Glory ring soon. Be patient…we’re just getting warmed started!
