Updated Class Schedule for 2025

We will be making a number of updates to our class schedule, taking effect on Monday, February 3rd, 2025.

These changes will primarily affect our adult Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu schedules. A few of our class times and options will differ slightly, and we’re also adding several new classes for even more training opportunities!

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

  • Early morning classes are back! Join us at 6:00am on Tuesday and Thursday morning for a strong start to your day.
  • We’re also adding a Fundamentals class on Friday evenings at 4:30pm.
  • Friday evening class at 5:30pm will be an Advanced class available to blue belts and above, and will offer a hybrid format (both gi and no-gi are permitted).
  • All Women’s-Only BJJ classes will offer a hybrid format.
  • All BJJ classes, except for the new Advanced class on Friday evenings, will be available for all experience levels.
  • We are implementing a rotating schedule on Monday through Thursday evenings. The time for each class offering – Fundamentals, Gi, and No-Gi – will vary depending on the day. All morning classes will remain the same as our current schedule. Please refer to the new schedule for more details.

Muay Thai

  • We’re excited to add two new beginner-friendly classes to the schedule! We will offer an all-levels Muay Thai heavy bag class on Friday evenings, as well as a Fundamentals class on Saturday mornings.
  • Tuesday and Thursday classes at 5:30pm will be available for Orange ranks & above.
  • Drills class on Friday evenings at 5:30pm will be available for Green ranks & above.

Fighter Flow

Our Fighter Flow class is a 1-hour fusion of yoga, stretching, restorative movement, and breath work. Although this is not a new class, it is now taking place at 11:45am on Saturdays. Hop into Fighter Flow after your Saturday training to recover, relax, and unwind from your week!

Once again, this schedule will take effect on Monday, February 3rd, 2025. All classes throughout the remainder of January will continue to run on our current schedule.
