On May 2nd The Cellar’s Chris Cichon and Adam McDermid will represent the U.S. in a team kickboxing event against the Polish National Kickboxing Team. The event is sponsored by the Polish government and is taking place in Warsaw, Poland. Justin Whiley has also been selected to the team as an assistant coach.

The entire U.S. Kickboxing Team traveling to Poland is as follows:

• 178lbs – Danny Griffin (Chicago, IL)
• 189lbs – Adam McDermid (Duluth, MN)
• 202lbs – Scott Lanigan (Chicago, IL)

The team is training hard and leaves for Poland on April 29th.  Depending on internet access, Chris Cichon will be maintaining the Cellar Blog with updates on the fights, fighters, and pictures from touring the countryside.
